One adjustable fixture covering 250 mm to 500 mm diameter, with an ANDON board showing accept, reject and total counts to the whole shop.
Handles bearing shafts of differing lengths through a pneumatic gripper, gauges them and sorts them without an operator touching the part.
Built for Indian Railways bearing inspection, gauging the cup and the taper roller bearing and pairing the matched set on the spot.

Every system ships with SPC built in — run charts, histograms, Cp and Cpk, and accept against reject as a running picture rather than a snapshot. Readings store onboard, export to a pen drive without special software, and go out by e-mail as a report.
