Gauging systems

Turnkey machines, built around one component.

A system is a fixture, the gauging electronics, a PLC, the pneumatics and the software — designed together for your part rather than assembled from a catalogue. Thirty-two are running on customer floors today.

How it works

From your drawing to a machine on the line.

01

Drawing & study

You send the component and the parameters that matter. We come back with a gauging approach, a fixture concept and a price.

02

Design

Fixture, gauging heads and probe layout designed in-house, with the cycle time and the operator sequence worked out before anything is cut.

03

Build & software

Mechanical build, panel wiring, PLC programming and the SPC software written by the same team.

04

Commissioning

Installed and proved out on your floor against your masters, with operator training and capability figures signed off.

Inside the machine

Proven components, not experiments.

Systems are built on hardware your maintenance team already knows, so a fault on a Sunday night is something they can work with.
